In this episode, I share some thoughts and reactions to a couple of AI-related video. First, a very recent video from CNET Highlights where Sissie Hsaio walks us though some existing and up-coming features of Bard, and then a recent video from the Center for Humane Technology, where Tristan Harris and Aza Raskin walk us though some of their concerns and cautions as the Generative AI world takes off.
Oh, and we finally have some music for the show, thanks to Karl Casey from White Bat Audio. I know I talked about getting AI to generate an intro for us, but ironically, after messing with several AI-generating websites - and finding out Google is launching one - nothing really captured the mood right, until I stumbled on Karl’s work. And while much of his prolific work is royalty-free, I 100% was down to buy 50 Million Year Trip from his bandcamp profile!
